On January 1st 2022 I purchased a gallon of milk from this location and I got home realized it was 3 weeks expired!! I will never go through this company for any of my dairy products EVER again! No return no credit no anything but expired milk I had to dump down the drain waist of 4$

I don't review often, mostly because I'm a hard sell. This company is hands down one of the best tech companies I've ever used. They are always super responsive, and by super responsive I mean within minutes of an email or call. I have never sent them anything they couldn't handle, which is amazing because I can really put myself into some d*** tech situations! Everyone I speak to is beyond nice and ultra professional!! Highly recommend!

Hands down the best IT company there is. Virtual DataWorks is by far the most responsive IT company I have ever worked with. I have never had an IT issue that VDW cannot manage. The timely response that my facility receives is beyond my expectations. The customer services that is given by VDW and all their representatives is highly professional. I would recommend VDW ten fold for any IT needs.

This is probably only by 3rd review I have ever written (ever). I am a HARD grader. Mostly because we try hold ourselves to very high standards and expect the same from others. VDW is a stand out company. Where to start..... Expertise ? - of course you would expect that (although not many have this level). But from there, the personal attention and thoughtful approach, efficient and responsive, investment in understanding YOUR business and YOUR processes and YOUR staff and YOUR programs... and doing it all in such a gracious and personal way. Thanks to Matt DeWees and Dan Jackson and the whole VDW team. Great job. We know from experience that this kind of experience takes top level leadership and commitment to your customers. Edge Hair Design had contracted Virtual DataWorks to design our IT infrastructure. Our current setup was a time phased evolution of an infrastructure through many different IT independent consultants each with their own process. We were looking for a long term firm that could create a foundational infrastructure that could be robust for the business and user friendly. Virtual DataWorks came in with an assessment that was a little scary at first, but turned out to be Spot On. They have been super to work with and very responsive. They care about our business as if it were their own. If you are a growing company with IT needs, Virtual DataWorks is the firm to partner with. Great job Matt and Dan!!!

I hired a another firm to redesign our web site only to be terribly disappointed and felt like I wasted my money. Then I found Virtual DataWorks and got what I was hoping for the first time. Great design, great functionality, and had great communication during the entire process. Choose a professional firm the first time and get your web project done right. Highly recommend!
