Walgreens app tells me there is action needed and I need to call the pharmacy but you can never get ahold of them. On hold for 45 minutes every time and then the call drops. Transfer somewhere else.

I wish I never had went to this store my whole life has been turnt upside down .. Went from picking up meds to been giving the wrong meds to getting in a car crash an falling down a flight of steps to not being able to hardly walk behind on everything cause I can’t do anything to no car to been in pain severely an no sleep worrying stressed out to wanting to kill myself all over a medication mistake that could of been fixed of the pharmacist would of been honest instead of covering up her job an she was a temporary worker .. How sad I was not important enough for Walgreens to treat me human. Instead I was treated like trash an I’m left to put the puzzle pieces together! Literally everything has fell apart an I can’t even do any normal activities an they want me to deal with there very rude an ignorant insurance company Sedgwick which makes things a million times worst than it already is .Thanks Walgreens for doing all you can which was nothing at all cause I’m suffering more than you could ever imagine an I’m at my end trying to make it right when you guys should have . Guess wrong medication errors are at an all time high . Taking care of the customer should be top priority always ! Walgreens you guys failed me an I will never trust any pharmacy ever again because of y’all !

12.80 for Uno Flip cards. 4.99 at Target. Of course the whole game section was scattered all over the shelf so I didnt know they were 300% what they should cost. Waited in line while the cashier and other employee joked about being robbed and held up. Place is trash as is this entire area. While walking around looking, random guy shows me a gift card and tells me he'll sell it to me for cash. Told him no thank you. I walk outside and some woman walks up and asks if I have cash. Clearly a problem area.Never again.

This Walgreens is always out of everything all the way back to before the pandemic. How are you ALWAYS out of the same stuff? How are you always out of cat litter or bottled water? But the Walgreens 5 more mins down the road always has everything in stock? If I know I for sure need one item I don’t go to this Walgreens because I can never get everything I intend to. Also takes forever to check out but they do almost always have two cashiers

Employees here are miserable 99% of the time, out of everything, and if your going to have an EV charger, employees should be parking in said spot.

The only reason I go to this location is because it's close to where I live. They are always out of stuff, there is always someone harassing you in the parking lot for money, one of the cashiers is always rude to me, and today they are closed in the middle of the afternoon because of lighting issues.

I was a long time customer but had a very disturbing experience last week from both staff and another customer in the store. I will not return.

The staff at the pharmacy today (1/19/23) were literal angels. I’ve been having issues contacting my doctor regarding my medication and on the verge of a mental health crisis. Everyone was so caring and did everything they could to assist me. It made a huge difference in my day. Thank you.

Probably the worst pharmacy I've ever been to. They routinely have no medications. They mess up the orders. They have very limited hours and usually terrible floating staff that doesn't know what to do.

I wish I could give negative stars. I am so angry, I want to string together 1,000 curse words but I’ll keep this rated PG.The store itself is only average: old floors look dirty so it’s hard to know if it’s actually clean, shelves are decently stocked. The pharmacy is a disaster. I received a text and call that my prescriptions were ready and the pharmacy is open until 6PM. I arrive to find the pharmacy very closed with a sign showing they are closed Saturdays and Sundays. Then who filled my prescriptions?Pharmacy techs have been slow and impolite in the past. One did not seem to understand that a prescription was for a cat. It’s a pet. Cat and feline are not it’s name. It IS a cat/feline. We had to leave because they didn’t have the prescription in their system despite receiving the text that it was ready. The pharmacy often closes due to lack of shift coverage. Do you know how to fix that? Pay a decent wage. If that still doesn’t work, Walgreens needs to reduce their number of pharmacies. There are 2 others nearby. Close one and ship the employees there. Hopefully one of the other stores has competent staff.

Front store employees are pleasant to say the least especially having to deal with the demographic this store caters to. I will never comment on the pharmacy because if you’ve never had the chance to work in the pharmacy for a greedy retail pharmacy chain you have no need to comment. Very stretched budget when it comes to technician hours…meaning it’s always short staffed with short or missed breaks including the pharmacists. Meanwhile you have to meat corporate goals like surveys, vaccines, refills, phone calls and consults or risk being reprimanded by the district manager having your resources cut further. Patients are getting sicker with more meds. Automation has expected wait times to be quicker but that’s not the case. This isn’t McDonald’s it’s a pharmacy with a pharmacists license on the line.

So… they are apparently SO short staffed that the techs can’t take breaks on time. I didn’t know the name of my ONE prescription I need and the tech (Jonathan) LOST HIS MIND. Yelling at me, yelling out the name of my script to the crowd behind me and screaming that he didn’t get his break. Then I asked for someone else who could maybe not scream and flail about in front of my 8 yo daughter. He decided to yell across the back that he was “going to his BREAK.” And walk off and slam the door. THEN the tech who DID help apologized for the spastic behavior. THEN they called me to come back and pick it up and the guy who had previously flipped out tried to ask his superiors/coworkers to come help me since it would not really be appropriate for HIM to. Stood there while he helped 5 ppl. Left. Will not use them anymore. There is something SEVERELY wrong with the recent management back there to where the ONE GUY who is working and actually trying to help customers can’t get assistance from other staff or even get his break to the affect that he got THAT stressed. They need a new manager back there. This store has never ever ever been this bad. I just called and had my stuff transferred to CVS. Just forget it ??.

They randomly close and drive-thru hasn't been open for months. Do not use this as your Rx pharmacy!
