Worst place ever. They are rude and take FOREVER. Takes days to refill a prescription. Pharmacist herself is the absolute worst and should be fired.

I'm giving a 2 to be nice. An order was called in for me on 2/15 ( Sat). Two prescriptions. 1 was partially filled and the other one I was told would be available Monday 2/17. Monday was told Tues. I didn't even call Tues. I called Wed and was told Friday. I would've rather been told Friday from the get go instead being told next day, next day. I'm very unhappy and do not want to deal with this location. I understand they be overwhelmed but it is up to them to hire, schedule or change what needs to make this better. This is not buying toilet paper it's medication.

Avoid this Pharmacy. They will not notify you if they don’t have your medication and they do not answer phone calls.

I was on hold for 40 minutes and then was hung up on. I tried calling back and no one answered!

Horrible! Ann is one rude supervisor. The app for refills told me to call. On hold for 55 min. Called store from another phone talked to a guy he said phone issues to come in. I said I can't. So I have no clue why the pharmacy wants to talk to me! Disgusting service 11-25-24

This pharmacy has collapsed under the weight of rite aid transfers. Tried to charge me $55 and 65 for prescriptions when I have a $25 co-pay. Long lines whenever you go. Never going back.

Took them three days to fill my blood pressure medication... let's say you have four medications that needs filled they'll fill three of them then take days to fill the last one. Who ever the pharmaist is here needs to be fired.

What happened to this location? How come I have been on hold for over 40 minutes so that I can talk with someone in the pharmacy? I need my daughter’s prescription refill that was requested 2 days ago. When my son went to go pick it up, they told him not until tomorrow. I am now trying to get a hold of someone to fix this for us as my daughter absolutely needs this by tonight. This place is going downhill fast. These overpriced, slow places with terrible customer service are going bankrupt for a reason.

Awful always spend over 4 hours on hold trying to get through to a actual person in pharmacy. Staff is rude. Drive thru is closed and no sign not handicap friendly. They gave me the wrong prescription rang it out as my prescription. Can never find all my medications have to make at least 3 trips per week because the staff forgets a prescription or can't find it or can't do their jobs properly. Then staff members tell you to come do their jobs for them. This has been a reoccurring thing for over 4 months now to no avail. I spent over 6 hours today on hold I'm still on the phone on hold right now. I'm sorry but no pharmacy is that busy where it takes over 6 hours to answer a phone call!

Some incredibly rude people in this pharmacy. Was told my prescription would be ready in an hour and a half. I told them no insurance and they transferred me to "dispensing". I sat on hold for ten minutes and nobody ever picked up. I hung up and called back, and explained my issue to the lady who answered and told her about being on hold. She said she needed to transfer me to dispensing. I told her I didn't want to be transferred again. She simply hung up. I called back after the hour and a half to check my prescription status. I was told It would be an hour and a half to two hours. I told the lady they'd already told me that an hour and a half ago. She said something I couldn't understand and when I tried to speak, she hung up again. The absolute rudest people I've ever dealt with in a pharmacy. And they don't seem to be very competent at their jobs. You've gotta ask yourself if these are the people you want to trust with your medication.

Don’t go to this place I switched to here after I had very bad experiences with Arlington rd pharmacy and I got one prescription sent to them was told on the phone they would have it filled in 90 minutes when I got there they said I had nothing on file at all and they couldn’t help me but yet they lost my medication all they kept saying was they were very busy and there was nothing they can do when it was their fault in the first place I feel like Walgreen pharmacies are going under CVS helped me soon as I called them will never go to another Walgreens pharmacy ever again CVS is so much better!!
