Don’t place your pick up or delivery order here because you will never get it. As a mom without a vehicle at the moment this service used to be convenient for me I would ask a friend to pick up the items to avoid waiting for me to shop or use delivery services I’ve spent a lot of money at this establishment and it seems like this store in particular just isn’t able to get it together I’m going back to CVS today was the last and finale straw.

Just lazy and rude. I use to have my meds delivered and now since moving this pharmacy has become my closet pharmacy. I’ve had two prescriptions lost in transit so they say and they argued me up and down saying they sent it out and there is nothing they can do. Then my meds magically re-appear and to avoid this issue I just pick them up. But the if I ask for special requests they have 1 million and one reasons as to why they can’t accommodate me or send me on a wild goose chase to my dr’s to change something when they are the ones who needed to call the doctor. Also my refills are never correct. It’s always an issue. This pharmacy has to be desperate for pharmacy techs because the service at this location is absurd.

This place sucks! I waited for 7 hours for my prescription to be done and turns out it wasn’t even in stock. Then just today they gave me the wrong prescription!

The cashier was so rude to me for no reason. I said hello and was very polite to her and she was cold as ice. Older lady with short red hair. She kept shaking her head and acted like she was annoyed for no reason. Horrible customer service. She needs to find a job where she doesn't have to deal with the general public.

This is the worst pharmacy. My daughter has type 1 diabetes. They are out of insulin 60% of the time and it takes multiple days for them to restock. They seem to be completely unaware that people with diabetes need insulin to live. We are switching to Sand Run Pharmacy.

My doctor told me to test my blood sugar and called in scrips for testing materials. I picked up the test strips and when I was opening the box, I realized that they had expired on April 30, 2023. The second box expired on March 31, 2023. When I called the pharmacy to ask if they were ok, I was told they were fine. I asked why I had to pay $45 after insurance for expired meds. After realizing I was getting frustrated she put me on hold to ask the pharmacist. I was on hold for 15 minutes. I think they were hoping I would hang up and go away. The pharmacist told me they would probably be okay. I asked how far after the expiration date was okay and she said 3-4 months. I let her know one box was March and the other was April. She said she would give me new boxes but they closed in 6 minutes and if I could get there in time she would give me new test strips. When I got there in 2 minutes, she said she appreciated "my understanding" and she was " cleaning house". Her "cleaning house" was getting rid of old meds to whomever they could pawn them off on. I googled if test strips could be used after expiration while waiting for her to come to the phone and test strips could be inaccurate after expiration. What if I had believed her and reported false information to my doc? Would I be on diabetes meds unnecessarily? I'll be calling my doc office to find out where to report this on Monday. This is scary!
