Do yourself a favor and literally go anywhere else for your prescriptions. I'd give zero stars if I could. For ill people trying to get medication the last thing you'll want to deal with is a rude boy bothered by you coming to get your prescriptions. Tried to get mine through the drive thru and he couldn't even be bothered to use the microphone so I could hear clearly. But then again, he had a earbud so I'm sure he was more concerned with his music than attending to me. Ended up coming inside and having another employee help me through it and ending up sending one prescription elsewhere. Shameful.

This has to be one of the worst pharmacy’s I’ve ever been to. The majority of the staff is rude and moody. My prescription are never ready even though I try to give the between 24-48 hours from when they have confirmed receipt of the order. I just moved into the area and this obviously will not be my pharmacy moving forward.

Wish I could leave a 0 star review. Was talked to and treated absolutely horribly. I don't know why my doctor would say and do one thing, all for a pharmacist to make me feel like a horrible human being and like I was doing something wrong. No point in arguing or continuing to do business with people like that. Thank goodness for CVS!

Staff is confused and rude. They will not accept information from your insurance provider. This is my last refill. Going to Amazon or Walmart. Much better service. And they wonder why they are going bankrupt.

Needed to pick up meds because I was out of my rescue inhaler And they had a sign on the pharmacy part. It was closed at 4 because they were on strike. Poor service.

My review started as a 5 star review. I sang praise about how friendly and helpul they were. I have taken it down, 1 star at a time. Now I'm looking into transferring my scripts to ACME. You will need to call to verify pharmacy is open before you go there. Even if you are familiar with their hours. I just raced across town and arrived at 1:23pm and watched the girl place the "closed for lunch 1:30-2pm" sign in the window.

The pharmacy currently is a joke, husband called his meds in 3 weeks ago and was told they work by a 3rd party vendor. His meds never were filled when he called to check on the status. He went through this twice. Now I called in my son's meds to be put on hold a bunch of times to only receive a call back that they don't have his script, but I could call the next day to see if it was on their truck! I literally called you to fill it! Why am I calling back to see if it was on your truck? Why are you not filling a script when I call it in?

If I could give this pharmacy a negative review I would!! I received a email and a text stating my prescriptions were ready.. 2 days later I got a phone stating they were on delay, so I called and was told to disregard the phone call , I went today to pick up and guess what they were not ready!! This happens all the time with them.This pharmacy is so awful!! I will be changing!

The pharmacy is always on top of things. When I came in for a flu/COVID shot last week, there was a bit of a line but the blond female pharmacist on duty was excellent at multi-tasking working the walk-up and drive thru lines. The store is also quite clean compared to other Walgreens stores in the area.

I can clearly see I'm not the first with a negative review, probably won't be the last. The pharmacy staff are absolutely rude. Went yesterday to pick up my prescription and today for a inhaler. My fiance went inside to pick up the inhaler was giving him a hard time. It was about my address which I updated yesterday during pick up but I truly dont believe she updated it. The girl then started to huff and puff and get a attitude with me because of her fellow coworkers didn't do their job properly. Waited 2 hours for a much needed inhaler. The customer service is piss poor, disgusting attitudes from everyone. Corporate needs to get involved at this location

Horrible customer service. I was the only person in the store on 9-19-23 at 9:30 pm neither employee would take time to help me find the 2 items I was looking for. They just pointed the isle and said if I don't find it there either they dont have it or try another isle. Totally not interested in helping. Last time I will ever walk in that disorganized partially stocked store. Hire better employees who want to help. The woman and young man who were there SUCK
