The associate Skylar was amazing with helping me and she was so nice it really brightened my day, however the manager Will had an attitude/laziness problem. It’s a wonder how he got promoted to manager in the first place. Skylar should’ve gotten the promotion to manager instead.

Had a bad experience with manager because self pay machine took a 20 dollar bill n didn’t give change bk or deducted it from my bill. Manager was very rude n ignorant.

Overall, the walmarts that I go to in youngstown, kent akron, this is the worst. It's <3 miles from my home and I hate going there. I would rather drive the 9 miles to Kent. To go to a decent store and today Kent's service was horrible, but it's still a better store.

Placed an on line order at noon for a 6pm-8pm delivery. It has been delayed by over two hours. So here we are waiting on this order before we can even go to bed. BIG Inconvenience and I will think twice about using this service again! They can’t need delivery drivers because every one I know that tries to sign up for spark it states they aren’t accepting new drivers at this time. So what is the problem? Did my driver have to go in and scan my order themselves because we all know Walmart doesn’t like to have employees at the check out. Shame on you

anytime I do a pickup order, I sit anywhere between 45 minutes to an hour waiting. At the point, I should just go in to the store to shop for my groceries.
