Horrible!!!! do not give this place your business I wish I hadn't. Went here because I needed a phone for my teenage son. He wanted a iPhone. I had a old iPhone that had a cracked screen they said they could replace the screen and set it up for him. As they were replacing the screen we went for a walk in the plaza. Got back and they said bad news. I thought maybe they couldn't set it up because it was originally a Verizon phone. No they broke it they said it made a fizzing sound and quit working they blamed it on water damage anyway I had to buy a new phone from them that cost me 200 dollars with the 50 discount I got for breaking my phone. Sounds like a scam to get some extra money out of a dad that they new needed a phone for his son. With that being said I was mad but I let it go my son was happy with his new phone. I was not going to review them. But after giving them my business this followed. Rudeness, I called to find out when the bill was due, they didn't give me any paperwork the day we got the phone. They couldn't tell me by phone number. They don't answer there phone. So when i go to pay my bill they can't take my debit card. Sorry but this is horribly run buissnes and I regret the day I walked into there door.

Worse place I have been to. The cases are cheap and charged me to exchange one that broke on me. I paid $25 dollars and charged me 10$ to exchange it. Laughed at me for wanting it lower and said no because it's a different case and how it was me and physical damage, so I have a new case. Tried to also say that it was me who took off the case and showed me and broke on another case he demonstrated. Then tried to tell me Otterbox cases were built the same and cheap. They don't know the rear end from a hole in the ground. I spent $10 on a new case which should have been free as an exchange. No receipt either. Also took it out of the package right then and there. Very sketchy. Spoke fast and hard to understand. I will NEVER go there again. The places owes me $35 total for all the hassle
