Nice people. They removed a wasp nest when I first got my unit. A year later they sprayed 4 wasp nest that were new in my unit.

Money hungry people, who charge you five dollars to send out letters. I have never heard of such a thing. They lock you out of the unit on the day the payment is due. That is ridiculous. You are not late at that point. I wouldn't call anyone there friendly either. The woman that answered the phone was losing her temper. I would never recommend this place to other people nor will I keep my stuff here again.

Very rude, poor phone etiquette, and sarcastic. I asked to have the owner Cindy Taylor call me. She did call back and was also rude. She spoke over me, and when I told her of her employees behavior she said that I was rude. I understand these are not professional people, but I would expect better customer service skills.

Had the pleasure of being tailgated (couldn't have been more than a couple feet off my bumper) by, I assume, the owner for a few miles. If you're going to tag your minivan with an advertisement for your business, maybe don't endanger other people on the highway with reckless driving.
