I have been at this store numerous times I was told the first time from the manager I didn't purchase my phone there so she couldn't help me. I've been back 3 × 2 get service to my phone (thanks to technical)
Then technical sent me back to get an updated SIM card he knew this was the problem, I left there with 0 service phone using Sim1 & eSim1 that was 2 days ago, (NOT WORKING STILL) I'm heading back to another AT&T today to see if they could help I'm not getting any help from this store,
They updated my SIM card Now I have 2 SIM cards that my phone is trying to work On!!! I'm 63 years old I need a phone and don't know what to do. Take it to another store? The woman manager at this store has been no help Luke the new guy (great) was walked through updating my sim card? Why 2 sim cards my phone still not working I have no calling ability just wifi at home??? New employees I understand? I still have no service I have no service today to even call AT&T, 5 trips back to a store with 0 knowledge? I sense I might be switching I've had AT&T for a very long time you think they would help getting service to my phone Samsung22

I don't know if you are affiliated with the store on West Tusc but thought I would take a shot since it says Alliance on the door. The schedule says 10 am to 7 pm. There is NOTHING on the door to indicate why it is 10:42 and not open yet. This is such an unprofessional happening. I realize the store does not have to answer to A T & T Corp but really! Better customer care would go along way to help customers feel better about your service. If you are connected to the one on West Tusc. please forward this message. A note on the door would have been so welcomed! Thank you.

If going to the store see (K)Caden. Best cell phone rep I have ever dealt with. Very knowledgeable and honest. This guy is a rock star, Can not say enough good things. Hope to see him in management soon......... Extremely valuable asset to your store... Hold onto to him....

AT&T Alliance Ohio- I’ve had the pleasure of working with Samantha who got me set up on the first responder plan and some other new items. She has gone way above and beyond in helping me. She’s awesome!!!

Horrible customer service. They don’t even acknowledge you when you come in the door. Have to stand there and wait forever to even get any service. They need more than one person working.

Shout out to AT&T of alliance!! The staff was very welcoming and took care of me right away. FuQuan had great knowledge of his products and got me the best deal with fiber internet & two new lines! I’d definitely recommend going here!
