Not sure what the young ladies name was, but she was working on Saturday June 9th. Well, she did an outstanding job activating my Samsung and setting up my autopay. I'm coming from T-mobile and I'm getting a much better deal now. About $20 better. I'm new to Boost so I'm not sure what to expect and she answered all my questions with a professional attitude. I even left my new phone there and she handled it while I was at Meijers. Excellent work!

We were there about an hour The staff was great and help. My wife changed her name on her account and got a new Galaxy a Fifteen out the door 100$ . The staff was real helpful and nice He Let my wife. Open up and try on like 6 different phone cases.

Lady there asked my fiance his social then proceeded to tell us she has multiple felonies for identity theft. Sold me my port a line on the razor for 250$ when the website says Razors are 149.00 for port a line, granted I got their thin case which I'm sure wasn't 100$ and then proceeded to add a screen protector to the deal and this phone can't have a screen protector because it voids your warranty. They ripped me off and I've never been asked my social by representative for PORTING MY LINE. he's so shy and passive he gave it to her , after small talk and finding out her record I don't believe anyone should get a phone here. The boost site says 149$ get the phone 99$ then 60$ plan , idk how she did it or what is going on over there and I don't want to even call and complain because I know with this kinda business it gets no where but I am calling corporate first thing Monday and letting them know. I am leaving this review as a warning ⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️

This phone being an older type flip phone is purely a delight I luv this thing... Thanks to the guys and gals at this particular Branch.... ALL BRANCHS ARE NOT THE SAME...

Inconvenient and inconsiderate; just poor business practice. Yet again, the open light is on but no one is there. Not only are you a business but you are a service and you fail your customers time and time again. Next time this happens I'm going to have to get corporate involved because this is getting ridiculous. Many people, including us, rely on our phones for daily things and not being able to pay our phone bill is a inconvenience to our day to day. And before you say we could just pay it online, no. You have a brick and mortar place for a reason. You are failing the customers in alliance, again.

This rating is straight up for the honesty of the sales associate. We came in for an odd request. He gave us the options and explained why it was better for us to purchase online, then showed us how to do it. That was great and saved us quite a bit of money. Thank you!

I don't use Boost Mobile but the little place in the store, Moe's, makes me a money order for less than a dollar every month for rent and not once has it ever been declined.
