I had gone here after my good friend had recommended them to me. They Might not be some big fancy car lot, but they are so nice and caring but they did more for me in 24 hours than any big fancy car lot would . I had purchased a 2016 Chevy Trax that didn’t have the original key and Nick went out of his way to get me the original key. I had Ben as my salesman and he was so nice and and caring and honest. I Highly highly highly recommend these guys and will continue to do business with them! Thank you Ben and Nick for all u have done for me!!! You guys are amazing!!!

I bought a 2011 nissan quest SL from carnation auto, and within a week I had to replace the alternator, the battery, the serpentine belt and then a month later I had to have the front wheel bearings replaced. The vehicle would still not work properly due to major electrical issues. The mechanic who chased the electrical system found key component wires simply twisted together, no tape or heat shrink. I am still dealing with front end problems and this shop will not return my calls or offer to help fix or repair anything sold on their lot. BUYER BEWARE!!

I got a 2011 GMC terrain from car Nation. I understand vehicles being sold as is but if a motor goes right after buying it. It was already known to be a bad vehicle. I would never sell anything to another person I know is no good but everyone doesn't care about others or what they have going on in life. So I will say please don't buy a vehicle from this company.

I bought an Audi A3 cash on Friday and car immediately wouldn’t start when I stopped for gas on the way home. I had to jump it and had battery tested and was at 0%. I contacted Nick who sold me the car and was told “if you want to buy a new battery we can install it for you.” Never offered to have me come back and have their mechanics take a look at it or offer a new battery. I called a random mechanic shop and they were willing to help me charge/test the battery before buying a new one or an alternator. Very disgusting that they were happy to take my money but offered ZERO help when I had immediate issues before I even got the car home.

Well partner and I bought a car a few months back. They were antsy obviously to make the sale. Just had a mechanic look it over for what we thought was just some break issues. Ended up showing us $6k+ worth of work on the underneath, not including under the hood. Was told to just get a new car, not worth fixing. Seen another review from this place with same issue. Just save yourself time and money in the long run and make sure you have a mechanic look it over with a fine tooth comb before you buy here. ??♀️ can’t say it’s their fault because it is a “as is” place. But I am literally now 2 weeks away from giving birth to my first child and have no safe transportation. Love that.
