I'm giving one star only because Google is forcing me to. Chase deserves zero stars! My son visited the Alliance, Ohio branch to open his first business checking account today (Sept. 25th, 2020) and was horribly mistreated! They talked down to him like he was a child (he's 23). They were condescending and rude and he walked out feeling angry and confused and without a business checking account.He decided to go to the bank where is personal account is held and they answered his questions and had him setup with a new business account in just minutes. Just goes to show the difference between good companies and employees and terrible ones. You should never walk out of a business feeling the way my son was made to feel today! Chase definitely needs to DO BETTER!!

Always nice tellers. A young man ,I can't remember his name but he works in a cubicle has been a huge help for me with different situations. He has gone above his job to help me.

Yesterday I went into the bank as there was an unauthorized charge on my account. And I was told I needed to make an appointment! Ok maybe that's needed if they (the business bankers) are busy but they wasn't. I had the worst service I think I've ever had at Chase. Nanette is so arrogant and rude it's unbelievable. To make a long story short she basically told me to call the store first and from now on call the number on the back of the card or use the mobile app. Which I don't have! They wasn't busy. I guess Chase needs to put a sign on the door “By appointment onlyâ€. Because if she has to help you look out!! I guess I was interrupting her playing on her phone or with her hair which she did a lot of. I'm really disappointed that Chase allows their employees to be so rude. Hopefully when they downsize again she'll be looking for employment. I'm sure it really made her mad because she had to help me twice!

Keeps putting a hold on my check. Cant feed my kids or pay any of my bills. Stupid and dont keep their promises having it in on certain day. Cant trust them
