Glamorgan Castle is a beautiful castle and grounds located in the town of Alliance, Ohio. It is one of the very best places in Alliance, a gorgeous diamond in the rough that feels like home, where visitors feel comfortable and welcomed. The architecture is seemingly timeless, transporting people to a land and era long forgotten, providing an escape from today's hustle and bustle. The story of the castle is a microcosm of the Industrial Area American Dream, complete with tragedy. Sadly, part of the beautiful castle is modernized for offices or occupied by businesses, which some find reduced. However, this use has also helped preserve it for future generations, and at least it is being used and not torn down. Visitors can take tours, which receive all positive feedback for having wonderful, interesting tour guides who share interesting stories. Some note the tours could be more affordable. The grounds are a peaceful place with beautiful flowers, trees, and wildlife like ducks. Key features include a sundial in the back, and a captivating witches circle out the front door, a circle with deep personal meaning for some. It is a place for calm, serene energies, discussions, and a magical experience. It is a one of a kind and very, very hard to forget property.
