I sat there for almost 45 minutes and they took everybody who checked in on line. I will not be back. I will pay more for prompt service. I have been going here for about 3 years never had a problem. You need more than 2 stylists on a saturday.

I don’t know the girls name she is on the left if you come in the doors but went in there a few days ago for a haircut. I had long beautiful hair and now it looks horrible she ruined it. It’s uneven as heck the layers look horrible my mom asked me what happened to my hair because it looked so bad. I couldn’t tell when I left because my hair was wet, but after it dried, I was like what the heck happened to my hair. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU HAVE LONG BEAUTIFUL HAIR THEY WILL RUIN IT. I have a lot of important ceremonies coming up and the next few months and now I have a s h i t haircut and have to find someone else to fix it. She was also extremely rough on my hair and had no sympathy for pulling it. She was using a comb to brush my hair when I have long thick thick hair like what the hell. I have gone here before last year and had no issues so I came back and it was a horrible experience. Wont be going back.

I got my hair cut from somewhere else and they did a horrible job so I walked into great clips and Theresa did an amazing job fixing it, I am now happy with my hair.

I go here for all my cuts and Shelby is the best. She is always sweet and does a good and fast cut every time. Why go to an overpriced salon when you can get the best service and the best cut at half the price!

I have a problem with letting anyone touch my hair, and I needed a quick fix and got exactly that from an awesome hair stylist at this location. Her name is Aubrey. My hair looks so much better, the conversation was great and she introduced me to a great product that I purchased while there to help with my hair issues. I will only be going to her from now on. 10/10
