“One the last around that offers jacuzzi suites. Please don’t ever change that!!! Love the suites. It’s clean, affordable, very well maintained. Staff are kind and caring. Pool was perfect temp! Breakfast was sooo good! Thank you for the wonderful stay. Definitely will be back soon :)”

“I had a wonderful stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites Alliance, especially thanks to Jon, who went above and beyond to make a difficult situation so much better. I was camping at Mill Creek Campground at Berlin Lake when a bad storm came through and took down my tent. I came to the hotel needing a place to get cleaned up, relax, and get a good night’s sleep.
Jon was incredibly kind and helpful. He made sure I had extra towels and even offered me soda, water, and snacks. His thoughtfulness and genuine concern really meant a lot after the rough night I had.
The room was very clean and comfortable, and I got a great night’s sleep. The entire experience reminded me how much excellent customer service can make a difference.
