Called to schedule appointment for tire repair. They gave me a time to come in but when I arrived she stated there was 4 ahead of me. What's the point in an appointment if walk-ins come first? I specifically stated that I was leaving work to come and could not wait a long period of time. Had I been told first come first serve I would of came when I had more time.

They first offered me a higher price for brakes and rotors $875, but then they price matched from the dealership $570 which worked out bc i was already getting brakes done. Checking in took about 40 minutes and checking out took some time. Im happy with the work done and that they price matched..

Exceptional service! Very knowledgeable! Reasonable Price! Quick & Friendly Service! I took a tire in that needed plugged due to a piece of metal being lodged in it. They removed the metal, plugged the tire, put it back on, & rebalanced the tires. They also explained why the Lane Keep Assistance and ABS would temporarily show as problematic. I highly recommend Mr. Tire!

I called Monday afternoon around 4 pm. Asked if they had time to rotate my tires they said 5:30pm the same day ! I appreciated being able to get it done so quickly! Thank You! I had bought tires there quite sometime ago when you buy the tires there they rotate them for free!

They didn’t quote us the full price of the service. On the website it said that the quote would include installation and balancing….. but when we got there that was a separate charge. Took over an hour to change 2 tires and the man at the front desk was very grumpy.

Worst service...had a 20.00 off coupon never acknowledged. Had oil change before did not need synthetic before but but never asked. My last oil change was like 55 a few months ago, and this was 154.00.....never again. My appt was at 3pm, I got there at 2:50 and left at 4:15, I will go to a 15 minute one for 60.00. Just not a good experience for a widowed lady just trying to make ends meet.
