This is the second day in a row they have told me to bring my truck in to work on my wiring just to again tell me to bring it back tomorrow. Called me a half hour ago telling me they’re pulling it in to work on it, then me and my girlfriend to call and them tell us that they can’t get it in today. Again. I called about 2 weeks ago and the mechanic told me it would only be about 120. Now the owner is trying to say it’ll be like 200.

My Uncle sent his F350 to Ted's to have work done. 20000 miles later we had to have everything redone. We are lucky we didn't lose a set of tires on the truck. This place takes advantage of the elderly. I don't recommend Ted's to do any work. When we called them. We got attitude from them. So if you want to keep replacing the same part go to Ted's

We have an Awd van, we needed a few things done got about 1200 worth or work done to it. Including new tires. My husband asked the owner if we needed to replace all 4 tires since its awd and was told no. Who can guess what happened? Yup! Needed all 4 tires and since it didn't happen this company is responsible for ruining my transfer case. Good job guys! I have a 10 month old, recently married and now without a vehicle. He has lost our business and a few others that had the same thing happen! I just wish we would had known before we chose him. What a shame. I had called him before I made this review just to give him a fair review. He will not do anything to make this right and actually seems very uneducated about causing issues like this! Absolutely ridiculous!

Ted's performance center is by far the best automotive shop I've ever dealt with. I've been using them for 6+ years. Most of my family uses them too. Ted and his crew are friendly, honest and very reasonably priced. They always touch base on the issue before fixing. They tell you what needs fixed now and what can possibly wait in the event that you cant afford everything the same day. The thing that blew my mind most about how nice these guys were was, when I didn't have a ride to get my car, Ted drove my fixed car to my work and dropped it off to me at no charge! I will continue to use Ted's performance center as my go to shop. Thank you guys for being AMAZING! If you want a professional working on your car, go see Ted!

Ted's is awesome, lowest priced in alliance very respectful, and very good at what they do. Always on time ,only fix what's wrong, and always kept me updated be4 they fix anything... would never trust anyone but Ted with my auto mobile!! THANKS TED!! We will definitely be back!!!
