Super condescending and rude techs. Refused to fill my prescription that was supposed to be filled hours ago because “unfortunately we haven’t filled it”. Then refused to work on it while I was there even though all they had to do was grab the pack and slap a label on it. Will never be using them again.

Everytime I go here there is an issue. Mostly with the pharmacy. It's always something. I will never be back or have anything sent to this Walgreens again.

I understand problems can happen, but my experience with this Walgreens has always been stellar. I just came back from Gun Barrel Texas where I had to use a CVS. OH! Lord Jesus! Those folks need to come to this store for some training. These people always seem to be on their toes, and bend over backwards to work with the insurance company to get it ran through. When I got back from Texas I came here for some medicine right away. After the way I was treated at that CVS, I will say it made me want to thank each and every person that works here. When my prescription at the TX CVS wouldn’t go thru they just shrugged their shoulders and said you have to pay. This store says, let me get you to someone who can see why. I have two insurance companies and had to pay for my medication at that Texas CVS. If you are reading this from Walgreens Alliance store Thank you for working so hard to help Alliance feel better! You are appreciated!!!

This is a nice big drugstore variety of grocery films andMake-up perfumes very nice staff. Pharmacy Staff very nice alot of everything. Handicap restroom handicap doors. Parking available. Also, they text you when your script is done.

My girlfriend was just discharged from Cleveland Clinic and we came home and stopped by the pharmacy to pick up her prescriptions at 5pm June 6th 2023 at the Walgreens in Alliance and they gave us a bottle that said 90 when we got home there were only 23 pills in it. We had to call and have them check cameras and it was proven that they withheld 67 pills from someone that is going to have to have back surgery. This is not a game, very dangerous!!!! I hope this kind illegal activity doesn’t happen to one of your loved ones.

Called to ask if they had a basic baby formula in stock. Spent 20 minutes on hold and was transferred a total of 5 times. I'm not sure how many people work there but I'm pretty sure I spoke to each and every one of them. The person who finally answered my question had an attitude when he answered as if he was the one who was transferred 5 times. Side note: they also did not carry the very basic form of enfamil I needed.

If I could rate this 0 stars I would. I ordered a picture wood hanger and they said it would be done by 10:00 am. Showed up at 12:30 still not done. The lady said the picture associate wouldn’t be in until 1 so it’ll be done by 1:30. Showed up at 3…. STILL NOT DONE!!! Very poor management and service. I never recommend getting anything done with pictures at the Walgreens in Alliance.

Well I don't like spending all my money on things I don't need . I did get my masks and they have everything. Staff ok .It's a little expensive. Bathroom handicap parking and entrance. But I like a plain pharmacy no frills. As I revisited it I had to ask for help and they were out of alot of things.like cat food shampoos.

Pam in the photo department is wonderful, she went above and beyond for me when getting my business posters, cards, and banners printed! I hope Walgreens takes notice of her customer service skills, employees like her are hard to find.

All I can say is horrible worst service I have ever had in my 50 years of living that should cover it the pharmacy at this place is bad very bad they need new employees and retrained .....!!!!!!
