“Attendant at the Wooster entrance location was very helpful. Another attendant with a huge welcoming smile directed me onto the conveyor belt and put a plastic protector over the wiper on the back of my SUV. Vacuums are powerful, and remove interior dirt and debris completely. Great five stars.”
“I've used them as well as Mike's touchless bay and I prefer WWC. They are cheaper, so you effectively get a longer duration to wash your car for the same dollar amount spent.”
“It's a nice lil local car wash with excellent prices... touchless wash of different levels $3$5$6$7 and vacuums that work great for $1 ... The wash bays are good too... its a good lil place close to dairy corner and the Growler stop.”
“Fabulous detailing! No pets, kids or car-as-restaurant but a smoker. Not cleaned for years (pandemic, lazy owner, etc.) but literally looks new and the remnants of the rotten tomatoes under the seat for who knows how long - gone (talk about heirlooms!). Just off Beechmont near Big Apple Bagels and Papa John's. You might find detailing cheaper - won't find it better. Thx Kevin”

“Very nice staff, quick and efficient. Did the Ultimate Wash. I don't feel the Wheel Shine did anything and was wasteful. The vacuum at the end take credit card instead of quarters and that was nice.”

“This is a decent Shell station. Their prices seem to be comparable. What I like most about it is that the parking lot and gas pumps have a ton of space. To me nothing is worse than a parking lot that feels like a bad game of Frogger trying to avoid hitting someone or being hit because it is too compact. The place is well lit and also easy to get in and out of despite being at a very busy intersection. There is a convenience store (although I never go inside those) and a large automatic car wash.”
“I have read some reviews about damage and Mikes wouldn’t fix it. My 2020 Camry I had couldn’t go through tire shine because it literally scraped the sides of my car. The first Time it happened corporate fix my car a few years later they had picked the wrong wash for me and it went to the tire shine. Scratched my car up again and corporate had zero issues with fixing my car and paid for a rental. Even though I’ve had issues with damage, they’ve always fixed it and I’ve always had a great experience at the Eastgate location.”
“I only use Mike's and never had a problem until Sunday the 16th. We went through the Mike's Hyde Park. Once we got to our next stop and looked at my car we were very disappointed. The window still looked dirty and tires didn't have the wet look. Usually we go through Mike's the car looks clean and the tires have a wet look. We went to the Mike's on Glenway and talked the manager TJ and he granted us a rewash. We normally go the Mike's on Glenway and have never need a rewash. TJ explained the difference between the two locations. We will never go back to the Mike's on Hyde Park. Thank you TJ you will always get our business.”
