They fixed me up when my trucks tailgate got dented . Austin gave me advice and was a huge help . They even picked me up from my house when the repair was done . I didn’t want to spend the money but they made it as painless as possible.

Excellent experience with Carstar of Amelia! My car looks great, they took extra care to make sure the repair was done well. They returned it with the interior wiped and vacuumed. I was so surprised and so delighted by this! The repair looks perfect, the communication system is outstanding! I knew exactly what was happening throughout the process and what to expect. I had a wonderful experience at Carstar in Amelia. I was rear ended and Carstar was my second shop to do an estimate on my car. They pointed out damages immediately that the first shop had missed. They are very friendly and knowledgeable. Everyone there is nice and very helpful. They will be my go to from now on.

Repairs took 2 weeks for minor rear damage, not a big deal. But inside trunk was left covered in dust, rear inner splash guard was left sticking out past trim and all fasteners were missing from trunk arm covers. Got no apology or anything, looked like a rush job.
