Trouble getting anyone at the branch to answer the phone, instead most times you get re-directed to the Chase automated phone support system. Unable to get a timely in-person meeting with branch manager.

Put a hold for 15 days on a check, at Christmas time. Money we needed asap. No reason to do that to customers.

Friendly and welcoming to all no matter who you encounter. Amazing management makes the positive energy contagious. From every employee, to all members. Very few banks can even come close.Love Chase’s mobile banking and ATMs. I’ve tried many big names and local to tri-state over time, I’d never trust one alone with my money again with the constant maintenance, down time, and nonexistent customer support at the most inconvenient times.

This is my go to bank and I have an account with them. The ladies @ the bank are very friendly and welcome you as soon as you walk through the door!! I would definitely recommend this bank to others!

Chase is the worst way to go if you care about security of your finances. I had $400 disappear out of my checking account & nothing was done. I disputed the fact of the expenses, they removed the $400 to give me my previous balance back... only to take the $400 right back out a couple days ago. If you have any dispute their “back-end team†will investigate for any reason AGAINST you. This is not a bank standing for you, it's a bank standing against you. #selfish #money #paymemine #worstbankever
