Amazing service! Mary did a phenomenal job at taking care of my needs. Very knowledgeable. Super helpful. I came from spectrum and didn't have service on my way to the store. Left there and made a phone call immediately. I've got bars in my house! Omg, the little luxuries in life, lol. Thanks again, Mary, for making my life a lot easier:)

Went to the store with a family member who needed extra help with her condition, the lady at the store was nice and very patient with her. We have gone back to the store multiple times and she provided us with help and great customer service each time. A small place but staffed with a great employee.

Extremely poor customer service. Help is rude and poorly trained. Phone network is adequate but if you require personal service pick another company.

It takes awhile at this location . A younger girl helped my daughter and I set up phones . She was great . It just is usually one worker and if they are helping set up phones it could take quite some time . I came in to simply merge my accounts . It’s a lengthy process .

How do you have astore open from 10am til 8 pm and at 3 pm no one is there? No not other door,no be right back.lights all on even open sign.Customers that have to get rides to pay bills are very affected by thisShame on you cricket!

Love Cricket, been a customer since they were New?My only Gripe?The website always ends up locking me out then,doesn't recognize me,so that I can view our account etc. I've reset in store before only for it to go sideways again after a couple of months. Even some of the employees are aware of it,but thus far nothing has changed.Other than that, Excellent service, friendly informative staff and a pretty good selection of devices with accessories make Cricket a wise and frugal choice.

RUDE...I was not happy with how I was talked to. I had the impression I was too much trouble to deal with. Mind you I was the only person there. And all I asked was too see the phones to upgrade. My spouse went in afew days ago and was treated the same. He wanted to check it out first before I went in. Nope, won't go there again as long as this lady is there for service. ?

Do you know, I like Cricket. I like the price point, I like my phone and today---when everything was going wrong---I very much appreciated Becky from store 286 and the two women she was training. While attempting to change my phone everything that could go wrong wrong and Becky was kindw enough to help me every step of the way without losing her patience. Excellent customer service.
