AVOID AT ALL COST!!!
Paul Vanderbosh is probably the worst tax person anyone can deal with. First time paying someone to do our taxes and he screws them up, not once, not twice, not three times but four times. The first time he doesn’t even get the city correct, the second time doesn’t even have my wife’s social security number correct and has someone else’s social security number on it. They submitted them before they noticed, the IRS kicked them back and had to redo it. Go back to get updated paperwork with the proper ss number. The wife goes to the post office and notices Paul’s signature isn’t on any of the documents. Call up there and explained what he didn’t do and he told us to forge his signature on the documents. Then proceeded to say well what do you want me to do? My name is on there just sign it.

Awful experience first time paying someone to do my taxes instead of using the online services. They completely messed them up didn’t add a W2 and then had my state taxes all messed up. All that was after I explained that they did not seem correct and I was told it was my fault that I owed money on my taxes. Turns out I was supposed to be refunded. Complete mess.

Loretta is awesome. Been going to her even before she started working for HR Block. Only reason I use them now, and have for a dozen years, is because of her. My costs have gone up, but the value is there knowing my taxes are filed accurately.

Senior Tax Analyst did not do her job. Never got a call from her when taxes were completed, when dropping off documents we were not able to speak with her. Let messages several times at the office to call us back due to our taxes, no one would call me back.I finally got a hold of someone there, They told me I had to call the State in regards to our state taxes. That is not customer service. Never will go to a H&R block again.
