“My adjuster, Mr. Darren Wickers, and American Modern Insurance company did an excellent job on my claim of storm damages in August 2026. The severe storm broke a big branch of my exceptionally large walnut tree, and the fallen branch knocked down and broke the electricity wire from the street pole to the meter rigid service mast, which damaged my central AC outside unit with high voltage surge. It is a rental town house with three units. It is really an emergency. Darren responded to my claim very quickly, knew our urgent need, and took exceptionally diligent care of us. In a week they completed inspection, evaluation, and issued the first payment. In two weeks, they helped me get everything fixed. They genuinely cared about our need, kept us well-informed, and made everything easy to go with the insurance. They worked quickly and efficiently. Amazing blessings!
