Having my front struts replaced was also a lot more affordable here than other places I've gotten quotes from. “In the decade I’ve been driving, I’ve put about 200k miles on 4 different cars. I’ve gotten new tires on all 4 vehicles; sometimes 1, sometimes 2, sometimes 4. Every single time, I’ve come to this discount tire, and always get the best service. In addition to the 4 cars I’ve personally owned, when my wife needed tires replaced, I told her we had to come here.
I’ve been here probably 5+ times. Somehow, I’ve spoken to George every visit. He is great to speak to; polite, helpful, and straightforward without trying to upcharge you for anything you don’t need.
When we brought my wife’s car in to replace one tire, he recommended replacing all 4 due to dry rot. That was definitely not in our budget when we first came in. I asked if we could do the higher quality tires for 2 of them, and then do the cheapest on the other 2 to fit in our budget. He gave us all 4 of the higher priced tires, but discounted 2 of them to the cheaper price. Because, to paraphrase, “we’d rather you be safe and have all of them match than cut corners for price.”
Every visit I’ve made has been an unexpected visit, and the fact that they take walk-ins and still do same-day service is amazing. In addition to free rotation and alignment check with every visit, more reasons why I would recommend discount tire.
I now live over half an hour away from this specific store, but I will gladly make that extra drive to come to this one. When I came in today to replace a popped tire, I was so glad to see George at the counter when I walked in.

My daughter is a newer driver and was in Ohio helps her aunt - we live in Kentucky- when her car started making a weird noise. She pulled into the AAA and was super low on oil they topped her off for free and she made it home safe! I came in pretty upset and at first it sounded like I might be out of luck, but DJ kept trying to find a way to help instead of just sending me away. Andy at the front has helped me before with tires and was, as always, incredibly kind and professional. “I can't give too much info on this place just because I didn't get my service done.. My fault, not theirs. They did take my tire off and switch it to the front and balanced them both for free. I rated only 4 stats simply because we were there 3 hours.. while we waited, we did have a pleasant conversation with I'm guessing the owner. The couches were both very comfortable, and there was a TV, vending machines, coffee, etc.”

The issues have been fixed correctly, and they have be courteous enough to pick me up at home to get my car when it was done. I like that they report work to Carfax, especially since I use the car fax app to track my car's maintenance.”
