“I dropped the car off at 11:00 and asked to pick it up at 3:00. The job was an alignment. They did a great job: the car was ready early; they called my cell phone to tell me when it was ready. I felt that I could feel an improvement in the way the car handled after the alignment, which was covered by a 5-year plan I bought at the time of the tire purchase. I always like to see the print-out from the machine which shows the amount of correction made with the color-coded adjustment and tolerance range.”

I had damage from a pothole that not only took out a tire but damaged a wheel beyond repair. The damaged tire (previously from them) was under warranty and happily replaced, they helped me get a new set of wheels on the car in a timely fashion and at an affordable price. “Barton's is an Honest auto shop.they are fairly priced as well. I have been there on a numerous occasions and they have always been honest and have done quality work. They replaced a caliper, 6mobths later it failed. I didn't know that I was in the 1 year warranty(they told me initially I just forgot). They reminded me that it was under their warranty and free of charge. They have earned my respect multiple times.”

Had a stripped bolt caused by the big name place (that starts with a V and rhymes with Gasoline) who then sent me to my mechanic to get it fixed before they could do my next oil change. Called these guys after seeing reviews of 4.9/5 stars on Carfax and 4.8/5 stars on Google. Reviews that great get my attention -- and I wasn't wrong in choosing them. They not only took care of my issue without me having to go to my mechanic, but did it right away. They also have great pricing and a very friendly staff all around. They don't try to up-sell you on other unnecessary services like that aforementioned place -- and you could just tell they were honest. It's a gut feeling you get when you meet honest people, if you know what I mean. While there, I met another customer who travels all the way from Williamsburg, Ohio to get his oil changes/vehicle services there -- all because of the honest, affordable service. “I had a nail in one of my tires on the way to a doctor appointment. I stopped at a tire shop that I recently did business with. They said they could look at it, but it would take a couple of hours. I didn't have time to wait so I went down the road to Tire Discounters ( which I have done business with for 40 years.) They were also busy but knew I was on my way to an appointment. Chris Costen said they could look at it for me. They pulled the nail out, and unfortunately the the tire had an air leak, but they took the time to go ahead and patch it for me. I was so happy and impressed with the whole crew. Chris and all the shop people were very professional and polite. They even checked all 4 pressure sensors, adjusted the air, and even cleaned all my wheels and tires! And did it for no charge!! What great service. I will be continuing to use Tire Discounters forever. Especially this location at 8600 Beechmont Ave. Cincinnati Ohio. Good job, everybody. Clint from Amelia, Ohio”

“I can't give too much info on this place just because I didn't get my service done.. My fault, not theirs. They did take my tire off and switch it to the front and balanced them both for free. I rated only 4 stats simply because we were there 3 hours.. while we waited, we did have a pleasant conversation with I'm guessing the owner. The couches were both very comfortable, and there was a TV, vending machines, coffee, etc.”

“Chris originally helped me the first time I went in. The tires I wanted weren't in stock. He could get them by mid afternoon. Shortly after I arrived home, Chris called and said he is having them delivered by special delivery. I got there before the delivery and had to wait. When arrived, I waited for them to be put on. Though the waiting was a bit long, Chris went above and beyond to get me the tires I wanted. I've been going here for over 20 years. Never been disappointed.”

“I have never had any issues with them. I own a 2022 Toyota Camry and take it in for oil changes and once for a tire rotation. The actual Toyota locations can be a bit of a hassle to schedule and then there are so many other vehicles besides mine that it just gets out of hand there sometimes, so I tried Firestone. They were friendly. The one thing that I kind of frowned upon was that they waited until the very last minute to confirm the online appointment, so I was debating on whether to take it in or not. And they did the tire rotation so quickly that it made me wonder if it was really done. But I never had any issues and there are a lot of potholes that are around the area, so no worries.”
