Called an hour ahead of time to confirm they would have my prescription ready. They told me they'd have it ready in 20 minutes. Then I got to the pharmacy and they told me it wouldn't be ready until the following day. Also the staff are rude and impatient with customers

This location is extremely slow and not as knowledgeable as the other locations. Never have I seen more than 1 drive thru lane open at one time and have received multiple answers for the same question (numerous times), instead of admitting they do not have the answer.

Dan gets the award for best employee! We literally came in 15 minutes after closing and he ended up helping us and getting my husbands medicine for him. Super nice guy! We are super appreciative.

Bridget helped me at the pharmacy & I received excellent customer service for me & my daughter. She helped me find products on top of the ear drops that I needed. The drops were ready in minutes & I was just very pleased with Bridget & the customer service.

Picked up a prescription that was supposed to be filled 2/23/24 it is now Saturday 2/24/24 and failed to tell me it was not ready somehow it got put in the system to fill Monday! After sitting in the druve thru forever!

Obly One drive thru line for the pharmacy open at 6pm on thur. Maybe you should stop taking new customers since the lines always a mile long and you only have 1 line open.

If I could give this pharmacy negative stars I would thanks again Kroger for making me suffer thru another night of hot flashes and anxiety maybe before you tell someone a script their picking up is not there you should check the fax machine or email because it was there and had been since 2:30 when I had it sent it. On top of charging me for scripts covered by my insurance when I have someone else picking it up double bad....you suck and should do better and you know it. It's not a controlled med or cash script so it wasn't important to y'all to me it was my sanity. Thanks for nothing

1 hour just waiting in line at the drive thru. This pharmacy is directly responsible for global warming. At least 8.72% of the world’s greenhouse gases are coming from the cars waiting in this pharmacy line. Completely unacceptable, and no one seems to care.
