Using their boost program seems like a great idea. The only downfall is their inventory is always way off. The app says stuff is in stock, yet you end up missing 20% off your order due to products being out of stock. Think the inventory system would be more accurate.

Tonight the bathrooms are disgusting. Needs to be shut down and cleaned properly.
Very understaffed tonight.
And this is something that needs to definitely stop - being told how much we have saved and fuel points. Holds up the line and wastes everyones time. If someone doesn't know how much they have saved its probably because they did not read the receipt and do not care to do so. I just want my change and my receipt and be out the door. Grocery shopping is not an activity that is enjoyable. It's a necessity. So please stop adding to the time we have to spend in line waiting for a flustered cashier who is trying to speed talk the demanded sentences out in one breath to each customer in order to get a paycheck. It's ludicrous and completely unnecessary. Just a hi did you find everything and thank you. That's above adequate.
The cashier was courteous but rushed due to the length of the line and the added verbiage given to each person.
Please rethink this. It's not important. People who are wanting to save clip coupons hit sales and look at their receipts even after being breathlessly yelled what was saved. The others do not care. So why hold everyone up even longer?

Made an appointment for my son online. They asked what for and I selected physical. They don't give you an option for pre op physical and he doesn't have an option he has to have the surgery. So it asked for his insurance and I put in the info just to get to the store and them tell him they don't take any insurance for any physical! Why did I have to waist my time being asked his info if it is invalid for 1 and 2 why didn't they inform on the web page when making the appointment that they don't take insurance ?. Didn't even know he needed money to go in! Will never let anyone I know go to the clinic there again! Get your stuff right! Stop treating people like they don't matter! This reflects on the kroger store as well! Also the store is always out of everything! If they are not then they just don't stock it!

Ordered 3lbs of hickory bacon for pick-up for my Keto Diet... Kroger marked it as "out of stock" ... Walk back to meat dept to find a HUGE SLAB of HICKORY BACON..... I just don't understand.

Purchased raspberries got home and had mold in it went back spoke with manager she went and got another I asked if that’s all they do like they don’t have anyone check them she said no I figured they would try to avoid the same problem happening to someone else
