The parts and service guys were a great help walking through steps to figure out what failed and what parts were needed. LeBlond is a solid machine with precision and Class-A quality. The staff is excellent to help and guide a purchase. When a wrong gear rack was shipped, the crew promptly figured out the mistake and took actions to correct it, shipping the correct part.
