Horrible customer service and don’t care attitude, they made us wait for more than 30mins and still failed to generate a receipt for our purchase. The lady in this store lacks customer service attitude, she literally told us “You can give bad feedback, that’s fine”. Had to leave the store without a receipt. Recommend not to use this location to anyone, stay away.

Had a bogo sale which was pretty cool. Normally go to Shelton. But, I will definitely be keeping a closer eye on them as a Pyro supply place. Decent value. Good customer service.

Helped us out getting some awesome fireworks and smoke grenades for our gender reveal party for our first child. Super friendly staff, got us the perfect stuff, and made sure my fiance didn't know so we could keep it a surprise!

This place is the worst. They treat their employees terrible and burn them into the ground. I wouldn't buy anything from them!

Went on 4th of July and they were very busy. They did a great job of managing the crowd and keeping the shelves stocked. Overall a good experience.

Phantom Fireworks of Amelia is my go-to destination for fireworks shopping, especially for the 4th of July celebrations. Their irresistible buy one, get two free offers is hard to resist. It allows me to double my fireworks stash without breaking the bank, making my display even more impressive. The staff at Phantom Fireworks of Amelia are not only friendly but also incredibly knowledgeable. Their layout helped me select the best fireworks for a stunning show. Phantom Fireworks has a wide selection of fireworks. I cannot wait to light up the sky with their top-notch fireworks and make this 4th of July an unforgettable occasion. It's worth mentioning that they have a responsible approach to safety. An ID is a must for buying fireworks, so only adults can purchase them, creating a secure atmosphere. Phantom Fireworks of Amelia is my go-to place for an exceptional fireworks experience. With their unbeatable buy one, get two free offers, friendly staff, and high-quality fireworks, my 4th of July celebration is guaranteed to be a fiery delight.

I wish I could leave zero stars.Where to start with this place. I guess the parking lot. It's atrocious, good luck. Next, the building is way too small and isles too narrow to accommodate any kind of a crowd. There's no structure or flow to the whole store. There's about 10 shopping carts for the 50+people shopping there. Their selection is piddley at best and easy overpriced. When I say over priced you really have no idea Judi how over priced they are until you see fit your self but I recommend not even seeing foot in their property. Oh and the staff. The little birds that register you at the front are about as friendly as a couple emo goth girls going through early life metapause. Save your money and sanity and shop at any of the nunnery of family owned stands.

Boom Baby!! Don’t go to Phantom Fireworks unless you know what you want. There’s so much cool explosive items in here that you almost want to do a little research first. Couldn’t scan the QR codes on some of these so ended up asking for help. All the workers and the security guards were awesome. Really cool place.

I sent my husband down with a coupon that said buy 2 for 19.99 on novelty things like hula hoops for my kids and then told me that I would get the 34.99 coupon with two free fireworks under 34.99 and they did not have a expiration date on the paper but yet he was not granite the coupons, which is very upsetting because I was down there Thursday, and they told me if my husband came down Sunday that it would be granted, and it was not
