We just used Queen City and wow we definitely are sticking w them as the process was easy they came faster then anyone and pricing was good ,, we’ve used Ferril and amerigas and this is first time our gauge registers that we got what we paid for so yes there’s a point sometimes using the bigger companies isn’t the best choice this company was honest fast easy I can’t recommend them enough !!!!! Recently moving and being new to the area, we shopped around and found Queen City Propane to be not only the best deal in town but also to have outstanding customer service. So we chose them to fill the tank.Fast forward to Saturday before New Years, we woke up to a cold house, and quickly realized we ran out of propane! We called Queen City to find out they were closed for the holiday weekend. We tried calling other suppliers in a panic, but ended up getting the run around, extra charges thrown at us, told we needed a separate tank, and even transferred to random call centers in who knows where in the hopes of talking to a sales person.Lynda from Queen City Propane called us back shortly thereafter (even though they were closed), immediately put our minds at ease and got us scheduled. She was so relatable and told us that we weren’t the only ones to do this. And patiently walked us through how to avoid in the future! I promise we listened and took notes this time.Please do yourself a favor and stay local. Call Queen City Propane. They are a superb company! And by all means, ask for Lynda. She is a complete gem! You won’t be disappointed.

I have been with Queen City Propane since 2015. I'm not exactly around the corner from them, but they are always there for me whenever I need them. The ladies are wonderful, polite and helpful. I would recommend to my friends

I’ve been a customer with Queen City Propane and I had the best luck with them they answered all your questions they will help you if you need help Linda the receptionist she’s a sweetheart and if I have any questions on anything she’s there to answer and if she cannot answer it someone else will it’s a family business it’s not a big business their prices are reasonable I’ve talked to all the drivers every one of them will answer your question if not they will call the owner and he’ll get back with us

We are new customers and the service we received was excellent. Everything was explained clearly. The cost was a lot less expensive than other propane companies we had contacted. The whole experience was flawless.

If I were a geenie in a bottle I would only want to wish that Lynda at Queen City Propane would answer my call. She is extremely efficient in answering all of my questions, making me feel educated about the decisions I make before my purchase! Nothing but great things to say about this company and the employees always feel like friends showing up to fill our propane tanks. Always positive and friendly service one the phone or in person. Sometimes going above and beyond for prompt emergencies fills over the years because I forgot to check the tank levels. No worries here. My family is always warm and cooking thanks to Queen city propane! 10 of 10 would recommend.

Queen City Propane is absolutely the best! They care so much about their customers and treat them like family! Linda and Beth are always so helpful and they answer any questions that I have and if they can’t they will find out the answer and call me back.
