Just was at the store. Checked in online and had a 45 min wait for a haircut with Brandy. I Arrived on time assuming I would be next and the person checked in after me was then brought back by Brandy. The in store sign adjusted my time back to 45 min wait. I told them that was ridiculous and I wasn't going to wait another 45 minutes and to take me off the list. Very disappointing for a new customer.

Stylist was very nice... Not too talkative but just the right amount of talking done. My hair looked fabulous when I left. I'll definitely be going back here!

Walked in to this location just now on a Sunday at 3:10 in the afternoon. Online says they are open from 12-4. Sign on the front door says they are open from 12-4. As soon as I walked in the lady informed they are closing early today. Would have been nice of them to put up a sign or something informing people.

Was at the store at 12 on a sunday checked in online... watched the stylist open the door walk in.. and then proceeded to wait for 20+ mins before the door opened for customers.. I left... if the store says you open at 12... maybe you should get there and be ready by 12

I’d give zero stars if I could!!! We checked in for a family member’s haircut in advance, walked in when it said he was next in line, got up to the counter and the stylist, Kim, was rude and said he was not checked in line in their system. As he tried to pull up the app and show her, she cut him off and walked away mid-conversation. It was very disrespectful and it seems like this location needs to improve their customer service skills. Then to top it all off the stylist he had, Stacey, left him with a huge bald spot. We absolutely will not be returning to this Sports Clips EVER AGAIN.

Takes to long and they sit and chit chat instead of taking care of the customers. Even if you book online they will skip you and wait on others.. was a long time customer that left after 2 years and gave them another shot and they failed miserably..

Went there this morning around 11:30 asked for a 2 on the top and a 1 on the sides and proceeded to receive a buzz cut have been going there for a while and was very disappointed with the results today
