J did not listen to my requests. Made me wait 10 minutes after a scheduled appointment when there were no other customers in the shop to even come out of the back. Disappeared for another 20 minutes to mix my 3 colors but only came out with 2. Left the bleach on too long and had to use a toner which burned my scalp which is now red and irritated. Now all the toner will be gone by the time I have to take pictures for a special event. Did 3 zebra strips on each side of my head that do not start until over 1/4 inch from my roots. It looks like it’s already grown out.

Friendly clean professional gives you direct answers and listens to your question. You can tell by the way they dress how good their hair looks that they care and they love the company they work for. Are stylist is very up on the products styles and hair cuts she's very much on communication with the adult when dealing with a child or the adult getting the service. Makenna was awesome

Hannah is such a great stylist. She greets with a warm smile that immediately makes you feel welcome. She genuinely listens to me when we discuss what I want done with my hair. She is even helpful to point out areas where my looks could further be improved like removing the 11/4" long hair growing out the center of my forehead like a tender budding unicorn horn.
I am already looking forward to my next hair experience in Hannahs chair.
