Their NPs don't show up. Had an 830am appointment (when the clinic opened), showed up 15 minutes early and by 9:15am there was still NO ONE THERE. Don't waste your time making an appointment- they don't go by the hours they share in store and online.

Made an appointment online, showed up and office was closed. Waited for 30 min and no one ever showed. Even posting said clinic hours it was open

Tried calling twice but no one answered the phone, so decided to go since they said they take WALK INS. NOT! After arriving they watched as we registered then told us they couldn't see us. I do no appreciate my time be WASTED!!
