“Thankful I found this business. Car stopped running on the interstate, had it towed to them though I'd never been there. Next day they notified me about why my SUV stopped running. I was out of gas! In my defense, my gas gauge doesn't work and I miscalculated my normally reliable method of keeping track of mileage. Perfect opportunity for an unscrupulous business to take advantage of me, they didn't but did diagnose an issue that did need addressed. I had them fix that within a few weeks, and also I had them check noise/brakes on my other SUV and was advised I needed rotors, pads, and one caliper on rear brakes. Had that done also. Throughout the process I was kept in the loop with explanation of what should be done and why, and given a price that included everything including tax. Extremely happy with the work, price, and staff that I dealt with. I've already recommended them as knowledgeable and trustworthy to family and friends.”

“Highly recommend Cobb's Car Care Center. They replaced the clutch on our 2019 Subaru Crosstrek and were excellent from start to finish. They quickly diagnosed the issue and walked us through exactly what needed to be done and what it would cost. Clearly very knowledgeable.
When one of the aftermarket clutch parts turned out to be defective (through no fault of theirs), they fixed it fast at no charge and even reimbursed us for the tow to their shop. They kept us informed at every step, and their pricing was significantly lower than the Subaru dealership's service center.
A few days after we got the car back, the owner personally called to make sure everything was running well. That kind of follow-up is rare. We'd absolutely come back for any future car care.”
