They took my car to their shop called me the next morning and let me know the issue with my car and kept me updated on the whole process the entire time, I had no worries. “I walked into this place, simply because I have used it in another state. Nathan, the write up man, looked up my previous sales and quickly evaluated my situation, and I felt he was truthful, and honest to me about what he had found. Because I had used the service in another state a number of times he offered me a family and friends discount and I was out of there in 45 minutes with a set of four new tires that were balanced and perfect. The technicians were extremely nice friendly thorough and did a very good job. I would definitely recommend the service write up man in this location if you're looking for friendly and helpful help with your tire needs”

“I had a nail in one of my tires on the way to a doctor appointment. I stopped at a tire shop that I recently did business with. They said they could look at it, but it would take a couple of hours. I didn't have time to wait so I went down the road to Tire Discounters ( which I have done business with for 40 years.) They were also busy but knew I was on my way to an appointment. Chris Costen said they could look at it for me. They pulled the nail out, and unfortunately the the tire had an air leak, but they took the time to go ahead and patch it for me. I was so happy and impressed with the whole crew. Chris and all the shop people were very professional and polite. They even checked all 4 pressure sensors, adjusted the air, and even cleaned all my wheels and tires! And did it for no charge!! What great service. Had a stripped bolt caused by the big name place (that starts with a V and rhymes with Gasoline) who then sent me to my mechanic to get it fixed before they could do my next oil change. Called these guys after seeing reviews of 4.9/5 stars on Carfax and 4.8/5 stars on Google. Reviews that great get my attention -- and I wasn't wrong in choosing them. They not only took care of my issue without me having to go to my mechanic, but did it right away. They also have great pricing and a very friendly staff all around. They don't try to up-sell you on other unnecessary services like that aforementioned place -- and you could just tell they were honest. It's a gut feeling you get when you meet honest people, if you know what I mean. While there, I met another customer who travels all the way from Williamsburg, Ohio to get his oil changes/vehicle services there -- all because of the honest, affordable service.
