Marquan Bason is a GREAT Salesman and gets things done quickly and always has the car buyer's back.
My car developed delamination around the front windshield which they refused to replace or fix. It should have been covered under the used car warranty but they say no and that I needed to purchase a separate "window glass warranty" at the time of purchase. Who knew???
I talked to the general manager and he was very personable on the phone but still refused to do anything about the windshield. I finally had to have Safelite replace the windshield at my expense.

We went here for our mustang clubs annual car show. They were very accommodating to everyone. Car show was huge success. North Coast Mustang and Ford Club worked their tails off to make sure everything ran smoothly. A great time was had by all.

I blew out my tire. I was informed that my other tire was about to blow. I was told what it would cost. I was not blind-sided in any way. I was treated with the utmost respect. I always go to AutoNation for my auto service needs.
