Autonation far exceeded my expectations! A different dealership told me the issues I had been hearing/feeling with my car was normal. Ronnie drove my car and instantly recognized the issue, plus more! His expertise and attention to detail lead to several repairs that have restored my car! I am again excited to drive my 2018 Ecosport! I won’t go anywhere else!!

I had my Transit Van Serviced by AutoNation, Amherst, Ohio and it was a pleasure to deal with Mary, the service representative. She answered all my questions and was extremely courteous. The staff at AutoNation Ford Amherst was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We found the car that my son had been searching for a while and at a great price. There was no pressure, they even let us take a quick detour home to let the rest of the family weigh in before finalizing the sale. Great crew! The purchase was so smooth that it made me a little nervous as it was a huge departure from other car purchases in the past at other dealerships. I would definitely recommend anyone in the market to stop by and see John Barcia, and team.

Car took 2 and half weeks to repair monitor was a little long. Employees were great though helped with rental n when i needed bigger rental was very helpful and understanding . I dont think it was autonations fault it took so long due to waiting on authorization from for for parr.

I took my 2015 Escape in due to the PRNDS and Odometer lights staying on in the cluster panel and causing the battery to drain, a dinging sound when the door is opened after the car is turned off (2nd time - the first time it was not addressed), and the remote start not working (2nd time - the first time it was not addressed). I was told the remote starts worked after they installed the new battery ($300) and that the cluster panel needs replaced (quoted approx $1100). I chose to wait on the cluster panel and do a little more research on the problem. When I picked up the vehicle the remote did not work and the dinging issue was not resolved. The tech stated that these issues would be resolved with a new cluster panel. So I found a company that sold a new cluster panel (original Ford panel) and would clone it for $329. Great! It took about a week with shipping back and forth. New cluster installed and nothing was resolved. Now I am pissed because it would have cost me $1100 if Autonation had done the job with no change. I went to a Ford Dealership because that is their specialty. I will never go back, not even for an oil change. People do not have money to throw away on your guessing games. I called bull when they were explaining the "needed" repair and now I am out $329 plus shipping.
