Everyone there was very pleasant, very accommodating and made sure that everything was perfect with your car and make sure you got a Rent-A-Car there and returned it back to them and you have to do nothing but say thank you very good experience would recommend it to everyone

The service I received from my contact- Ed Skovran - exceeded my expectations! Ed kept me updated on the maintenance service and when I could expect the work on my car to be completed. He definitely deserves a 5⭐ rating. I have ALWAYS been satisfied with the service I have received from Auto Nation and highly recommend them to anyone in need of collision repairs.

This is the second time I've needed the services after a couple of "oopsies". I highly recommend AutoNation Collision Center! Frank, the greatest communicator in the world, walks you through the process from first encounter to repaired return. You are frequently updated regarding the status of the repairs, or snags in the timeline. Both repairs, they had a delay getting parts they needed, but I STILL received my vehicle before the original completion date. The repairs were perfect. My Jeep was returned washed, vacuumed, and shiny like new. Thank you everyone at ACC!!! Great job!

Took my new car in because someone scratched it in a parking lot. Got it back after 4 days and it had a chip in it and dust from sanding in the cracks so it had to go back. They had it 4 more days and they brought it to me. The work was fine this time but the inside and outside of my car was dirty from the workers touching it while dusty. Thanks for making more work for me I hope I never have any problems with what they fixed because I don't ever want to go back there. Worst experience with a shop ever!

Had to take mine & my daughter's cars in for service. Asked for a loaner and they were able to help out. The service reps were very polite professional & kept me information of what was going on with both cars. Highly recommend going there. Both cars were under factory warranty so there was no charge & I didn't feel pressured into getting additional services that they recommended.

I’ve had 2 cars repaired at this location and both experiences were handled processionally. I was kept up to date on changes and progresses, and the repairs were done earlier than predicted. We were back on the road sooner than we thought, Great experience!
