The clerk who appeared to be a meth addict started making fun of my looks in front of other customers who she was obviously friends with. Unbelievable. Never going back.

Wow stay away from this place as much as possible my father went into get milk and he didn’t have change he had to break a 50$ she started yelling at him instead of speeding nicely after grabbing change from his car and paying he asked for a receipt and she got mad at himWhat type of customer service is this?When I called to notify the manager about this behavior I expected a understanding person instead she yelled at me saying u know Walmart is down the street u don’t have to come hereThe workers here are entitled and believe that since they work there they can treat u as bad as possible really recomend not going there very bad customer service

Worst store I've ever been in. I'm not kidding when I say every single time I go in to this location there are zero employees to check you out.. Ive stood at the counter multiple times for at least 5 minutes with no help. Then when they do come to the counter they have this attitude like you're bothering them. This sounds like I'm being too harsh right? stop in and see for yourself tell me I'm lying. They need to fire the ppl here.

This was a good Dollar General when it first opened. However, it has really gone down hill. Anymore we have to wonder if it will be open or not during normal hours due to staff shortages. They claim to have a FedEx drop off service. However, more times than not the scanner isn't working, or they can't find it, or they flat out just don't want to do it. This last time, employee finally comes out of hiding, proceeds to scan my package with one hand and talking on her phone with other hand. She drops the scanner and breaks it. Picks it up while still on her phone call, tries to scan and tells me the scanner is broken. They really need new management and a new staff at this location. And BTW, this is not the first time I've taken a package to a Dollar General FedEx drop off service and the employee was on their phone the whole time they're scanning my package. Come on Dollar General upper management -- get it together!

Worst Dollar General anywhere. Employees do not do their jobs. They ignore you at checkout because they do not feel like ringing you out. Make you use the self checkout. Do not want to use the self checkout when I have a lot of stuff. Older woman should be fired. Just walks away.

I'd like to ask the manager, why are you paying employees who watch customers walk in....but remain outside smoking for almost ten minutes????You have one self checkout- and a 7 month pregnant person with half green hair and an old woman smoking outside ?. Lame I thought I was in Cleveland ??? you hire quality people lol. I bet you have tons of missing merchandise.

Don't get me wrong i'm no karen, but I went to the store 20 minutes before closing and they were already locked up with no cars there. I'm just tryna get school supplies man but this really twisted my whiskers.
