Called and made an appointment for spark plug replacement. Had my car for 2 weeks for spark plugs…. and did nothing at all. Didn’t even make an effort to contact me. Went up myself to see what happened, and it was in the same spot i dropped it off in, but with a dead battery. Jay said to “drive it till it’s done for” which is absolutely ridiculous given i just wanted my spark plugs changed out?? Normal maintenance. Why accept the appointment in the first place?? Very annoying habit that seems to reoccur looking through the other reviews.

10/10 would not recommend dropped my bike off for service as it was not running nothing more he replaced handle bar grips tires etc without my approval and is requesting 700$ worth of work
