“We had a lovely stay here when we were road tripping from Upstate NY to southern Minnesota. We arrived after a long day of travel and were delighted by how clean and comfy the hotel and our room was. We had dinner downstairs at the restaurant and the food was delicious. We will likely stay here again on our return trip!”

“The only recommendation I have for the place is that their basement level parking garage does not have access to the building when the downstairs restaurant is closed. Other than that, so far the staff has been great. The rooms are nice and clean. Everything has been great.”
“20250705 Stayed here overnight on my way to Michigan. Of all the Hilton hotels from Cleveland to this area, this is the only hotel that has good reviews. Unfortunately it costs over $200 per night when I booked it. This hotel is pretty clean but need maintenance (ie recaulk the shower). It's an older hotel. I can tell by the furniture, and the room is smaller than an average Hampton in. The employee, a black man, was very nice and helpful - I didn't get his name.”

“This visit was from August 2024
Very close to airport
Free shuttle from airport to hotel
We arrived an hour earlier and were accomodated accordingly.
The rooms are decent size.
The bathroom is huge
Shampoo and conditioner provided in bathrooms
Plenty of towels
We took advantage of the excercise room for about an hour. Very small excercise room but has a tv and remote.
Check in was smooth and quick
Breakfast was awesome with a variety of choices for hot or cold breakfast.
The only downside with my visit was that since we arrived early at check in I dont think the bed sheets were changed. When I tried to snuggle for a nap later in the day, there was a strong body odor emanating from the comforter. I had to remove that comforter and sleep without it.
4 stars just because of the body odor that was in the bed, otherwise i would have given 5 stars.
Nearby activities: Ceasars pizza walking distance
Food and drinks: Free coffee anytime day or night
Noteworthy details: Great value hotel.”

“I've stayed here a few times, and the staff that I've encountered have been great, they're all nice and professional. The rooms are always clean and the beds are comfy, just could use a little modernizing imo. My only complaint is the additional $200 deposit you now have to make when getting a room. I understand the need for it due to people trashing the rooms and whatnot, but the whole reason I originally even chose to stay here was their affordable rates, if I had an additional $200 to put down I would just choose to stay at a nicer hotel with better amenities. Overall a good hotel though.”
“It's a little hard to find at first even with the GPS because it's back behind a Speedway gas station and a Bob Evans and sandwiched between a taller hotel and the highway. It would help if the sign by the road was lit up at night. It's possible if somebody hit it with the car and knocked out the night lighting. The hotel is a great bargain if you're just spending the night and need a place to sleep and shower. No breakfast but free coffee in the lobby. No frills, and I'll admit it. I don't want to pay five star prices when all I need is a place to sleep and shower in the morning. That's it. Just have it clean and a clean bed with no smokey smells or roaches. I'm usually never in the hotel more than a day. This fits my needs perfectly. Pricing was excellent for a group of three, (one adult and two kids) two beds. Also after booking it in with Expedia, getting the room squared away was a good experience with Johnson the counter man. apparently the pool was down for some work on the drain system, but it is supposed to be running by next week August 10, 2025... The place could certainly use a little modernization and a coat of paint on the outside, But again I'm not here for aesthetics. I just need about 8 hours, and I'm gone.”
