This has to be one of the worst stores I've ever been to. Not only did I have to wait in the fabric department and I only needed one piece of fabric no one came after 30 minutes of waiting then when I went to the register she told me I had to go back there and she would have somebody come help me. The store is just a mess it's a shame it's so close to me and it's the only place I go to get some of my material I guess I'm driving a farther away!

Literally can't stand this store. I will go out of my way to go to the Avon store from now on. 9 times out of 10 when I order shirts or vinyl online for store pickup, it says they have plenty of stock, but my order ends up getting canceled because they are, in fact, OUT OF STOCK! Just yesterday I went there to get 2 youth gray tshirts size Small, online it said they had 23 of them. Not a single size Small on the shelf when I get there. I ask the lady, she says if not on shelf then they didn't come in on the truck. So I stood inside the store and ordered them online for store pickup and literally watched the employee go to the back room to get the 2 tshirts that I ordered. But of course she didn't bring the rest out to put on the shelf. This stuff happens every time I order online for store pickup from Amherst... either the website says it's in stock when it really isn't, or the shelves are empty but there's plenty of stock sitting in the back room. I've never had any of these issues with the Avon store, so that's where I'll be going from now on.

I want to give a shout-out to Micheal at the Micheal's store in Amherst. When he first asked if he could help me and said I was just browsing. In the next 30-minutes I proceeded to asked him for help 5 different times. He was so helpful and kind. Thank Micheal!

I’ve found some great candle jars for my candles, but they never carry cocosoy which is a bummer. Everything else is great.

It would be one star but since I'm grateful that there's an art store in my area I'll give it to Stars. But there's barely ever staff there to even help you find anything and then when they come in today they had sale signs covering up all of the aisles so you couldn't see what was in the aisle so you had to go and walk down and peek down each individual aisle to see what was going on, and then of course they're out of white prismacolor colored pencils so I had to buy an entire pack to get one white pencil so I definitely won't depend on this place being the supplier of my prismacolors which is an essential art supply for any artist. Look at the ridiculous photo I'm attaching to this and you can see that they cover it up what was in every aisle with their sale sign. In the store always is out of something I need something essential whenever I go here I never get exactly what I need.

Its just ok. Things I would expect to find in a place that specializes in the creative artist, baker etc.. it was lacking. The prices are a bit high for my taste but the place is clean and organized.

DELIVERY DRIVERS: OH-2 exit 164. Turn north onto OH-58. At first light after interchange, turn right onto Kresge Dr. Turn right onto Amchester Dr. (it's just before Tractor Supply.) Go around rear of plaza. Customer uses the pair of open air docks it shares with Save A Lot. DO NOT BREAK THE SEAL! It looks like it's ok to break out front next to the Pure gas station. There are rest areas a few miles west on OH-2.
