Repeat, HAPPY TIRE CUSTOMER !!!. Big shout out to the guys at Mister Tire. Store manager Michael assistant manager Dustin, senior tech Mike general service, Andrew general service Roberto, my third set of tires. What a crew awesome quote from Dustin. I called back the next call. Michael walked me through options with the upmost patience!!!! The guys in service did an awesome job with difficult mounting.Practically seamless, THANKS GUYS !!!

This was my first time here, I made an appointment ahead of time online, selected the tires I wanted, but, of course, because it is a corporation, they had only one of the 4 needed in stock when I arrived. They immediately found the tires locally for my appointment and took care of me as soon as they could. I have a feeling this location is busy all the time. (Aren't all tire places?) They were perfectly efficient for me, answered everything I asked about in a way that I totally understood, and, though it took a couple hours, I fully anticipated that it would so I did not mind. Every time I have ever had tires replaced on my cars it has taken a minimum of a couple hours and I went in expecting that. They were apologetic about that, but it was fine -- I arrived with patience, knew I had to wait for the car, and was prepared. The fact that it took pretty much 2 hours on the dot was fantastic, in my opinion, when I saw how busy they were the entire time I was there. Thank you for finding the tires so quickly and taking care of everything for me so well! It is greatly appreciated and service like that will bring me back in for sure. The new tires were much needed in the snow and slush!

Drove here with a spare tire and an appointment only for them to say they can't help us. Extremely rude and unprofessional. We have a 3hour drive home and now have to figure out another place after driving here

The general manager, Micheal Costie was short-handed. He could have not handled it more amicably and professional. There were about five of us waiting in the waiting room. He hardly had anybody back in the shop working. I couldn't believe that he did not get frustrated. He was so polite. I won't go back because of this man. I tried to call Friday to corporate to let them know what a awesome person they have working for them. I have been to other establishments owned by Monroe and I left them but I will go back to Mr. Tire in Amherst and by the way it is quite a drive from you

I was very satisfied with the service and price of my new tires.
My only disappointment was that the tires and rims were not cleaned off after install
I had just gotten my car washed the day before and came home with black ,what I m assuming was grease, on my white rims.

Took car in for 4 dash light on related to braking system. They replaced a sensor. Told me everything was fixed and lights off. When I got I car all lights were on still. Went back in told repeatedly it’s fixed and they were not sure why lights on but everything working… insisted. Over and over. Not sure anything is fixed and now I have a noise in wheel when driving. Also had appointment just to not have car touch day took in. Then told master tech had to do install of sensor but wasn’t in till Monday. But they decided to do without that person.. this location has been amazing in the past but this time I feel I didn’t get anything fixed and fed a lot of stories..

Where do i start first i had appointment for alignment took over 4 hrs of me waiting on site and manager said i was next here the tech kept passing up my car and ended up wasting my time waiting and had to leave with no alignment done. Then i scheduled over a month ago tires for my car again have an appointment show up and they never ordered my tires. I will never be back to this company ever again. How do you have an order well in advance and not have anything ordered wasted my time twice now and very disappointing with this company.

Got here at open (7:30a) to Ryan’s greeting me and max following him up. Needed a quick patch on the tire done due to a nail. They took it in and got it done in 30min.
Had a lot to get done for our son’s first birthday today. They were a great help.
Will be back to get more tires done.

Went for an oil change, as I usually do, and told them repeatedly what kind of oil I wanted and was charged way more for the upgraded kind that I did not ask for. Given the option to make an appointment and still am told I need to reschedule or wait over an hour because they didn’t want to “spread themselves too thin”. Not the service it used to be unfortunately.
