So I stopped in today for something simple...just needed air in all of my tires. After standing in the lobby ( I overhear the one worker say (to another customer) it was just him and the other guy working and they were really busy) now I feel horrible asking. I asked and (I believe his name is Brandon) was so nice and took care of me. He didn't even hesitate...this was so amazing! I go here for car related issues and they are always friendly, but this was above and beyond! Thank you a million!

Paid for tire rotation and oil change. Purchased from Groupon. They said we charge an extra $10 I paid them. They didn't even rotate my tires to the back like i asked. They gave me conventional oil and my coupon said synthetic blend. They quoted me over $400 to get 2 tires. They cost 60$ a piece. They didn't return my messages. Don't go there. Awful customer service Negative One Star-*. Don't waste your money here! Bunch of rip off artists. They didn't even call me back. I left 2 messages and no return call. Called yesterday and no answer... who does business like that. Got new tires today, and won't ever go back to Mr. Tire!

I started taking my car there because of the convenient location in proximity to my house. The guys are always able to fit me in during the time frame I need and have my car done within a reasonable amount of time, usually quicker than expected. I appreciate their affordable prices and professionalism.

I called up there to have 35 inch tires mounted on 17 in rims he quoted a great price highly recommend I called local tire shops in amherst tuffy told me they didn't want my business
