Went in to open a new account, a and was turned away. You have to make a appointment to open a account now. I'm very seriously take my money eles where. Which means I will be closing the other 4 accounts I have with you as well!

I completed 2 transactions with 2 different tellers inside the bank with some concern. The first teller needed a machine to count out a $500 cash withdrawal. A second teller started a different transaction then asked another employee if she could finish our transaction. The second teller seemed very rushed. My husband has convinced me to keep our business at northwest but I will use the Vermilion branch from now on.

The branch located on Cleveland St. has some of the rudest tellers that I've ever met. It's almost borderline racist. They are so uncooperative at this branch. I don't have any issues at the 2 Lorain branches. People there are pleasant and cordial but this Amherst branch is something else all together.

This rating is for drive thru service. Probably the poorest , slowest drive thru ive ever used. 2 tellers , that i could see 1 processing, 1 drinking coffee, but 4 lanes open. Lol. Was rudely ignored as well as other customer in lane next to me for multiple mins and eventually had to call inside branch too see if i could get some help.

Hate Northwest Bank, forever making changes (for the worse). Half the time I am locked out of my account. Ridiculous...wish it was Lorain National again!!!

This review is for the company in general... it is the worst bank I've been to. I was a loyal customer for eight years and when my account accidentally was overdrawn they didn't call me for five days, resulting in eight overdraft fees. The bank manager responsible for waiving the fees waived two and dismissed me despite my telling her she'd loose my business unless she dealt with the situation more reasonably. She clearly didn't care about keeping me as a customer. I filed an official complaint and still nothing. They claim to be small business and family friendly most small businesses and families can't reasonably afford to pay eight $35 overdraft fees.

This bank is horrible. I never had issues with the bank when it was Lorain National. Northwest likes to charge fees for everything. The customer service is terrible and the bank manager at the Amherst Ohio branch is so rude. I closed my accounts and took my business to Chase bank....That was the best decision I have ever made.

Service has gone down hill since the were bought out. Have been charged random service fees since then. Every time I take care of one another pops up. Not a local bank amymore and it's hard for them to hide it
