“Back in the area again and needed a storage unit to rent until I find my new home. Have had the pleasure of working with Zach. I had a slight problem with the latch screw coming loose. Zach assured me he'd get to it as soon as possible since he is not onsite. He also assured me that my contents would be fine because of the way they're designed. I being exhausted from a long cross country move asked him why this wasn't checked prior. Zach could of blamed someone else, he didn't. He could have lied, he didn't. He in turn took the blame for it. I don't think I could have appreciated him more at that point. So refreshing for someone to be honest. When he was able to come out to fix it, he notified me. Two person minor job for sure. I assisted with my simple task. Since then Zach has checked back in to make sure all was working well. The unit was clean and not as costly as some I checked into. If a semi is bringing in your belongings, my suggestion would be to find another storage facility. I was warned about tight entrance when I rented it so once again , the honesty was there.”

I got there in the pouring rain, and didn't see how to open my unit, but the female manager came outside and showed me how to open it, with no problem. I really appreciated that!”

“Storage was nice and clean.it was easy to get in/out and it was nice having climate controlled space inside. Only issues were when I went there was rarely a cart to use. Like 1 out of 15 visits there was something to use. Also, many times there was no one in the office during hours it mess supposed to be open.”
