I'm generally a fan of the rest stops on the Ohio Turnpike but this one is terrible. The food area seemed unclean. The Burger King is kiosk ordering only. The bathroom smelled awful like it hasn't been cleaned in a while. I'll stop at another place next time.

Service area was clean. However, we waited 25 minutes to get food from Popeyes which is ridiculous. They were not busy.

Okay so this is a great place to come too. I know you guys have issues with people and the bathroom/shower rooms. but not everyone there for that reason. I live in my car and I take the turnpike so I can shower once or twice a week. and every time I do the workers are right outside the door listening and will stand there till they think ur coming out or herd the toilet flush. first off makes them weird and Secondly violates my privacy. all I want to do is take a poop in peace. some people can't use the bathroom if someone is there. the workers have a job to do and when they are at the door listening to you they are getting paid to do that and weird too. makes them just as bad as the people that are in the shower rooms doing the cupid shuffle (pg rated). this goes for all the turnpikes plaza just not here. do what pilot does and charge people to use the shower i wont be happy about it but it will solve ur problem and I can shower in peace.

The showers for truckers are perfectly clean, but locked. When I managed to find an employee with a European accent, he simply told me, "they are closed due to water problems."
The place looks renovated, clean, but it does not provide all the services it has. And above all, something as important as showers, for those of us who work on the trucks, which contribute so much to the financing of this structure of the Ohio Turkpike.
