Upon arriving to pick up. I waited for about a half hour. The truck I received was in poor condition. Brakes were so badly warped that the pulsing cause things to fall. End result being one of the stands on a large tv being broken. The steering was very sloppy and you could hardly keep the truck in a straight line. The customer service was terrible to the point I had to tell the lady to go in and do her job and take care of my return because she tried to make me download an app to do it myself because she said she was “busy”. When I looked inside, there wasn’t any customers.Next time I rent a U-Haul, I’ll stick with picking them up from private business owners rather than an actual U-Haul location. This was the worst rental experience I’ve ever had. Don’t let me forget, when I opened up the back, a big bomb rolled out. They said it wasn’t something they do. Now I have to worry about something in storage having bugs on it.

Poor customer service. I dropped off my rental an hour after renting it. Just needed to pick up my lawn mower from the mechanic. 6 hours before it was due. I got a call from them at 530 from a very rude person asking where my late rental was.

The manager (Serena Barth) was very rude and disrespectful. She had a nasty attitude over the phone and hung up on me. She yelled at me and my husband at the store like we were little children in front of other customers which was extremely unprofessional. Last I checked people working in a customer service position are not supposed to yell and berate customers. Will NEVER use UHaul again because of how poorly she treated us.

I just want to give your wonderful associate Cole a big huge kudos and I want to thank him for all his hard work and fast accurate affirmative detail to every step with our process!! I had nothing but issues with this location. The corporate office hasn't helped at all either. They told me that I didn't need to lock my U-Boxes, then they were put in storage for nearly 4 months. When I went to transfer the boxes to another facility, they called and notified me that they needed locks. They offered to put locks on, which was great, but forgot to mail me the keys. When my U-Boxes arrived at the new facility, they said that the locks would be cut off at my expense. I called numerous times throughout the shipping process to get the keys in my possession or have U-Haul cut them off. When they did finally send the keys, they sent them to my old address. I was then told by corporate that the general manager would contact me to discuss my issues with this location. When she called, I was on a call for work and couldn't call her back because she didn't leave her number.

I’m only giving 3 stars because the truck was satisfactory . If you are looking for customer service , this place doesn’t have it. Have someone with no timeline and a lot of patience pick up the truck. If you want it at the opening of the business hours , good luck. The phone app is ok, but you still are limited by the business hours of the location. They rent trucks, not satisfaction

Upon going to my storage unit, I found out locks were changed and I was not notified. I never received a phone call as the manager stated. Then said my keys were mailed out and if they were returned, they then mailed them to Cleveland. How is this safe?? What if they’re lost in the mail and all of my items are stolen. I never approved of this. The manager was very disrespectful, condescending and had an attitude. Even the other workers there agreed. I will not be returning and will tell everyone to stay away from Uhaul.What can you do to improve? Hire a new manager who doesn’t give attitude to paying customers. She’s scaring your business away.

The overweight Manager named Serena I believe is extremely rude and disrespectful. She does not care about her customers or and being polite and showing curtisy. She sent me to the call center 3x which I was hung up on after driving 6 hrs, said she was short staffed and nobody could help me, was extremely rude to the gentleman in front of me. I can't believe after reading all these reviews that uhual keeps her around. I will never go back because of this

The service was bad. We booked the storage online but when we came to this location they didn’t have any available. Then we had to go to a different location. As a result, we got bigger storage than we needed. It means we need to pay more. When we came back the U-Haul was closed and no one said before they were going to close soon.We spent there too much time than we should first time so we ended up with a closed U-Hauh.Also, the trailer was as much dirty as it could be.

The woman named Serena at the front desk is racist. Plain and simple. There are many reviews about her and the company has done nothing about it. Unfortunately I have time on my hands and I’ll do everything I can to make sure this woman is held accountable for her disgusting behavior.

No one here knows how to do their job. About 5 times I had to bring up mistakes they made. Was rented wrong unit. Had to let them know. Then was charged more for their mistake. My name was wrong in the system. Had to come up on 2 separate occasions because they made a mistake. Then once I was a little frustrated and asked if I needed to waste anymore of my time, I was then called an a**hole by the manager. I wouldn’t waste my time and I would find somewhere better to store your possessions. I haul corporate made it right after about a week of communication. I moved out immediately and will never go back. STAY AWAY!

I had a hitch installed on my Jeep. They texted me at 2:47 and said my Jeep was done. I had to get a ride since I live in Wellington. I arrived at 3:20. While getting ready to pay, I saw my keys didnt match the invoice. My Jeep was still out in the garage on the lift and they left. At 3:50 the Assistant Manager called to ask where they were. They said 10 minutes. They didn't show up until 4:35. The hitch installer is dating the Manager. 5:05 they finished!! Don't go here!!
