They get you right in, they care, they talk to you with their whole face, and make sure you feel content with your visit before you leave. They take the time to explain treatment options when you have a sick dog and are just wonderful.”

“Took my dog here from a friends recommendation and had a great experience. Everyone from the desk, nurse and doctor were all super sweet and caring. It was busy but I didn't feel rushed and even though it took a lit bit after my appointment time to get in, I didn't mind at all since their service was incredible. The pricing was also what we were expecting. Other vet office were WAY higher and not something we would do.
The place is also super clean.”
“The veterinarian here I felt was very straightforward. Did a general health assessment of my cat, took care of our immediate needs. Our cat had a small wound for which he coached us on how to care for. The doctor also let us know that our cat is behind on shots, but also told us that he did not want to do them at this time, he would not want our cat's immune system putting resources towards anything other than his current problem. To me this felt like he was not trying to to squeeze every penny out of me by doing everything that he could in one visit And instead was putting my cat's needs first.”

I found 2 little dogs walking outside in the cold. I took them there because the dog warden was unavailable at the time. They tried their best to help me locate the owners. By scanning them for a chip; which was none. They tried calling the tags 1 dog had; trying to see where they were given their shots at hoping to find contact info of owner. Nothing! They even cut 1 of the dogs nails for her!!!!!!!! They went above and beyond to help me help those 2 little pups! Thank you! Obviously and very caring and patient staff!!!!!!”
“I had to bring my cat, Bug, in for a recheck because she's been losing weight. Our vet tech was awesome, such gentle energy and she's really good with the animals. I asked for blood work and she suggested some too, based on the symptom profile. I'm so grateful they squeezed us in before the holiday! And labs are always expensive no matter where you go, but this clinic is *very fair* about how they charge. For example, since Bug was just in and we didn't treat her at the time, they did not charge me another exam fee! This is kind and generous and not expected, but it's still a gift and we appreciate it. Best vet clinic in Northern Ohio!”

“This was our first visit, and the staff were absolutely amazing. My pup Dexter had bad experiences at another "top of the line" vet, causing him to hate the vet. Everything was thoroughly explained. They gave a reminder call every few days, that helped a lot. Dexter left there happy , they treated him as if he was part of the family.”
“Our Kitty Lana had a great experience! i was struggling to find a reasonable price and appointment that wasnt 6 months out and was so happy to call Cedarside and get in within the month, and at a very fair cost. the man that assisted me in person with taking Lana in and then payment and retrun at the end was very kind and friendly and informational ! Lana got Spayed, a shot, and a treatment while there along with an overnight visit for HALF the cost of the nearest vet to me taking appointments over 6 months in the future. Lana was shy and reserved when she came home the first night but they let me know that would be very normal ! and by the following morning she was fully back to her old self just a little calmer. the doctor was kind, informational, professional, although i didnt see her person she had great customer service. additionally, the location is so quiet and tucked away, i had NO anxieties about Lana sleeping over as she gets jumpy with loud traffic and sounds and this place was just in the middle of quiet nowhere. highly recommend!”
“Pet Med Clinic was recommended to me by Micci at Safe Harbor Rescue. We got a golden doodle from Safe Harbor that had been spayed earlier and the clinic that spayed her didn't remove all her stitches. I took Emma dog into Pet Med, and even though they didn't perform the original procedure, they removed the long overdue stitches for me. They were so kind, I have definitely found my new vet! It's clean, the techs are efficient and gentle, and it's easy to find.”

“Dr. Richardson and crew took the BEST care of my 11 year old female kitty, Watson. My poor baby had no appetite, lost weight and was very lethargic. The Amherst Animal Hospital diagnosed her correctly, prescribed medicine and treatment and Watson is now healthy once again. Very good service and they treated Watson so well.”
