Ordered parts online on Tuesday night. According to the email after the order they would be ready for pickup at 9:35 AM Wednesday morning. Called to verify they had arrived and was informed they were 1 short and it would be there by 1:50 PM. My wife went to pick the parts up only to be told the only had 3 of the 6. At this time she is told the other 3 will be there by 4 PM. Again I called to verify the parts had arrived only to be disappointed again, employee on the phone said they would have to order them all again. I will never shop for parts at a O'Reilly's anywhere again. They can't manage to get anything done.

Walked in with a check engine light. The girl behind the counter knew exactly what to do. She diagnosed my car, and got my part that I needed. I was very happy with her service and would recommend them again.

Needed rear wiper, and wiper fluid. Staff was helpful in pulling the correct rear wiper from the back as it not out on the floor

Go in to have check engine light tested and was told she can’t check it for Me because it’s only her in the store. Mind you theres not a single customer inside and I was parked right up front. Why advertise these services if you don’t have enough staff or proper training to perform these services. Find some employees who actually want to work

Mikayla was very rude to myself and my coworker. Was talking on the phone with a customer when we walked in and was also being rude to them. She had Jacob come up to "assist" her but he was on lunch. Worst customer service I have ever received and I've been I'm management myself for 10 + years.

Every time I've had to come here the staff has always been so helpful and made sure that I left with the right tools or parts for the job, and when I ran into issues, a tool broke, a part wasn't right, they've been awesome in getting me the right part or a better tool for whatever job I was doing.
