“Friendly, helpful staff. I was able to open my account in a few minutes. I deposited a check to open it and they explained the check hold policy for new accounts very well before I deposited it, giving me the option to cash it at my old bank of I needed to. I'm about 1/4 through the process of switching banks and they have made each step easy. There have been no surprises. I like that. They always have a smile when I walk in. They remind me of my favorite local bank before it was gobbled up by a larger bank, which was gobbled up by an even larger bank. I hope they don't sell out. That's what happens every time I have a bank I love. The availability of a dedicated personal banker is also high on my list of positives about The Andover Bank. 5/5 Would recommend.”
