Horrible delivery! I am filing a complaint and contacting the postal inspector! I have spoke with the postmaster at this office many times and it doesn't get resolved! Multiple times the driver left a card in my box saying "sorry I missed you, you weren't home " These were certified letters that needed my signature. I WAS home, my car in my driveway and my lights in my home were on! She never even pulled into my driveway to check. Another time the driver shoved a case of canned dog food (12 cans) into my mailbox and bent it. Few days ago the driver never attempted to deliver a box from Amazon. Again I received a card but this time said package was to big. It was within weight and size for usps delivery. Yesterday, another package, (same size) was not delivered. Driver said it was too heavy. I called amazon to tell them these packages were not getting delivered and they stated if they did not qualify for usps delivery, they would not even offer that as an option.When I called today to get my package redelivered, I told the lady that this package was 30 lbs and usps delivers up to 70 lb according to their website and it's not to heavy. The lady said her driver can only lift no more than 25 lbs. That is not my problem! If this driver can't do her job, find another driver! I guess it's too difficult to get out of their vehicle and do their job. These packages contain my dogs food! I am so upset, they have no right to do this and it is illegal to not deliver my mail!!!

My issues isn't with the Post Office but with the mail delivery service. I live on Twitchell Rd in Andover and my mail hasn't been delivered since February 25th 2020. When you call and make a complaint they say they'll speak with the delivery person. Multiple times my Bill's have "been misplaced " under the person's seat so it seems or they dont get delivered at all.
